How do you work with my staff?
Month to month contracts. No long term commitments!
A detailed analysis of your agency's weaknesses in VBP, CMS star rating, and claims data will be done to look at areas for improvement. Your staff will be emailed a sign up link. Custom plans typically include 6-8 micro lessons delivered to your staff during the course of the month via text message. We can also attend your case conference via videochat or telephone and review items or answer questions as well.
Are all your plans customized to my agency?
No, we also offer a standard course called the "Introduction to Home Health 2024" that teaches your clinicians on general information about PDGM, VBP, and OASIS modules. The Course is available HERE.
It is not customized to your agency, however this course can save you thousands of dollars and lots of time with getting new hires up to speed on the intricacies of home health.
What is the cost?
Custom plans designed for your agency will depend on agency size and exact plan... Most plans are between $799 and $999 a month. The standard Introduction to home health course if $75 per employee
How do you ensure learning has happened?
Your clinicians will be asked to respond to most messages in the affirmative. Failure to acknowledge they have read the message will result in a reminder 24 hours later via a follow up message. Case studies can also be created as well with testing via text message.
How long do most clients work with you?
Typical agency works with us for 3 months and then quarterly or semiannually.
